Setup Instructions

Our design here is to enable you to create an account with a hosting service and then hand off the construction process to us.  It’s really quite simple to initiate and there are just a couple of steps to that process:

Step One: 

Some great deals are available for securing a website address (domain registration) and for securing the platform for your site to show on the internet (web hosting)— and some of the best we have found are with GoDaddy.com and with 1websitesolution.com.  Both have good programs and both enable support 24/7.   So our recommendation is to go to both of them and take a look at their sites for a few minutes to get a feel for what they’re offering.  The difference in price is pretty minimal as both provide nice discounts for choosing longer term commitments.  The inverse is true for shorter-terms, but even month-to-month pricing is very low. 

To get started just click on the “Create an Account” link in the top line of the home page for whichever one you choose and follow the steps to create an account.  You don’t even have to buy anything to create an account.  You just fill in the info requested and you’ll receive a username and password to access the account.  Easy!  Takes about five minutes. 

Step Two: 

Once you’ve created your account just contact Bryan (our website manager) either by phone or by email to provide him your username and password to access your account for the remainder of the setup.  Subsequent steps such as registering your domains and setting up hosting are all things we can do for you.  In other words, you can hand it off to us at this point.  If we have questions for you we’ll take care of that either over the phone or through email. 

Bottom Line: 

Just choose one of these great companies and create an account with them.  Contact us to let us know and then we can take the reigns to guide the process from there.  Easy!
